Fan pressure for change

Enough is enough.

I propose a campaign to affect changes in Dolphin football operations staff.

I have linked the Email info for the Dolphins communications staff. I WILL contact every one of them multiple times, perhaps on a daily basis, expressing my displeasure with the direction and recent history of the team.

I will also relentlessly comment on podcasts, media PCs, etc.

Anyone have other ideas as to how to convey our message to those residing in the castle?

While I can appreciate the moxie and the effort, it won’t change a thing- is there any evidence that this working at all in pro-sports? Cutting into their profit would likely garner some attention, but that won’t happen either

Picketers outside the stadium. Protesters at the ticket booths. Large numbers. There has to be a huge, visual push for change.
It used to be talk radio and rough columns in the newspaper would apply pressure. Times have changed.
"If there's no video, it didn't happen" ... is the modern mantra. You've got to get angry (yet peaceful) visuals that can be shown on Good Morning Football so everyone can see. Make the visuals "go viral".
That's my dos centavos.
I support you, Mach.
I turned the Packers game off by halftime. It was disgusting and I had better things to do with my time.
Go ahead and call me fair weather. I'm at the point I can no longer invest an unreasonable amount of emotion and energy in a pointless endeavor.
Bless all those of you who can.
Instead of a white out, Dolphin fans should do a brown out where everyone in the stadium wears a brown paper bag over their head with frowns on them. No way that could be ignored by the broadcast team.

I like to go to the opening home game the jets and buffalo game until they clean this mess up and put a real contender on the field i will not give them any more of my money i can watch this mess at home.

So don't do anything. To each their own.

The way I see it, it costs nothing and takes very little effort aside from typing on a keyboard. How difficult is that? Half the ppl could do it at work in their spare time. Is it not worth a few minutes a couple days a week?

That brings to mind, tell your co workers, friends, etc if they are not members here.

If anyone does the FB Dolphins lunacy, post there. Same with Twitch, substack, etc.

If ppl can't be bothered, so be it. Go on bitching and complaining while doing absolutely nothing.

I respect that- I’m a bit grumpy today if I sounded like an a$$hole….
Also I appreciate the effort on your end; and anyone else who participates

More to your point. I posted in the NFL news thread about the resurgence of the running game throughout the NFL. And how it positively affects winning. Pound the goddam football. It helps. In addition it's been my personal believe the scheme on offense is too complicated, hurting to overall offense, especially in games like last night. And thats inspite of Tua's incredible feats, since his return.
Agree. Sometimes it's about keeping it simple, especially on those short weeks. GB did nothing fancy, they just got physical. Miami couldn't match it.

Lost in this garbage of a game, was the play of Tua. He was under pressure, almost instantly, on a lot of drop backs. He stepped up into the pocket and made some plays. His stat line is pretty incredible, actually. And I know he had that one lucky bounce to Hill for a touchdown. Have to think if the run game was decent, or if the defense came to play, it could have been dramatically different.

I think that goal-line stand, unfortunately, kind of epitomizes the season for Miami. Score there, and the Dolphins might have made it 27-19, despite playing so poorly. Just brutal.

Or flings poop until the field is brown.

Gotta stop going to the games. An empty stadium says it all. Def can't buy food or drink if you get a free ticket. Must buy any fins paraphernalia off ebay or similar so Ross doesn't see a dime. Those few things would work and fast.

I'm not sure any of it matters. That Indian Burial Grounds **** is looking more and more likely.

I feel like this game was the perfect metaphor for the state of our franchise. We need to prove someone in the cold, on prime time and we muff the first punt on our own 7 yard line. Not to mention we came out strong on defense forcing a 3 and out on the opening drive that netted -4 yards. Threw all the momentum away before our offense touched the field.

Right. Essentially gave away 7 points there and the momentum never really returned.
