Now before you all start drilling on me, I am serious. I think he could be a great part of the offense if used right. Do you think if plays well through out the rest of the pre-season, does he have a realistic chance to make the team with DT falling?

honestly, no, I dont think he has a chance at all. With Mann impressing, and only keeping maybe 5 or 6 receivers, theres really no room. Couple that with the fact that he has done nothing this entire preseason leads me to believe he's gone August 30th

He has made some good catches in the pre-season.

Even with DT falling, the odds are against him. There's just too much competition going on at WR with only a few spots open.

He would really have to play lights out if he wants to even wants to be an option of making the team.

he has 2 catches for 28 yards, and one of them was a 23 yarder.....are you sure you're not thinking of someone else? Those stats are not very impressive for a fringe player

I am not saying he is an all pro by any means, but a player that could help us in the right situation. I have liked what I have seen of him.

with Mann ripping it up last week, it'll be very difficult for somebody like him to catch the eye of Linehan or Saban with the limited reps he's getting

That's all right I can take the heat. I was saying if you look above it the right situation he could help us. I never said all pro. I am sorry if I posted a topic for discussion. If you got something you want to post go for it! I admitted to Dudeman above the mann was the better choice, and that he corrected me.

Even with DT dropping like a stone, not sure if he can get past. I hope so, he looks like he could really develop into a fine player.
