Elite/Franchise LT

Tony Morono.
Nick Satan.

And some guy posted out of the clear blue sky "Pouncey Twins are gay" one time, and that's all I think about when I see Big Mike on Gameday

Henne will be the next Marino.

Move Zach Thomas to safety. (Still the most ridiculous suggestion ever)

franchise qb.

the most mis-used, misunderstood phrase on this site.

In fact, Ross says that he ultimately advised Harbaugh to stay at Stanford."

How about this comment from Henne is.next Marino guy?

Oh! Can't forget the numerous comers and goers that show up and try to bring us news using their "source".

oh soooo true!!!! and the ones who say "this is golden info. i have an inside source and he has never failed me yet, he says absolutely for sure that........." .

and those are the ones that usually flop the biggest. and you almost feel sorry for the one posting it because they come a runnin' with big beaming smiles to share this pot of gold with their bretheren and then it all goes to crudd!!

you can feel there embarrasment through the computer screen. some times there will be a follow up, most times not as they want to forget about it quickly and they hope to god everyone else does. but when they do, its usually something like, "well, i talked to my source and he told me that his source got bad info and he actually tried to tell me what was really going to happen but it was to late by the time he found out. sorry guys!!"

its all a guess and if an insider tells a media person or associate ANYTHING, its some mis direction the team WANTS out or its someone just pulling there chain for a laugh. you can bet a lot of these people truely get sick of guys bugging them for info knowing damn well their going to run to the first internet terminal to dazzle there sports board friends with their deep insight.

its all fun though. its good entertainment, if one realizes thats what it is. teams do not let a THING out that they dont WANT out. and when they do, the big networks get it first, not bloggers or sports board heros. i love reading it all, but, i keep it in perspective. a lot of the time there is no "source", its a guess, an opinion which is all ANY of us have.

its entertaining. i love all the hype and hooplah. but i have to chuckle a bit when i see posts from guys with things like, "well, i dont agree with that. TPFIN316FROMFLA reported/said the same thing i did and if he says it, thats good enough for me!"....

sheesh.
