He might throw some picks and the team seems to be a mess, but they will play better then they have been. Jenkins will play better, Leon, but we need to defens this crap. The Dolphins can not lay an egg now!!
This is what bothers me god damn it! We will give up the yards, but please not the points. Please!

I really agree. The Dolphins always make players look good, I haven't seen this team shut down a good player or HUGE impact player in the past 5-6 years when mattered most.

Relax bro, all is good. If it all ended today would you not be proud as hell by what we have done this year???? Now with that said, have faith in your team, we will prevail. This is NOT the dolphins of the past 10-15 years I promise you that!!!

i do hope and pray that we beat the Jets, but regardless of what happens...i know i'm EXTREMELY proud of our Phins!!!!:woot::woot::woot:

damni hope they show up next sunday i wish i could put some pads on and take out farve haha that be sweet god bless that fan the other game he knows the meaning of sacrifice

I see Farve not careing alot at this juncture. We'll see. I think the boys will step up for Chad.

I agree, and expect our players to expect a war as well.

The good thing is, 4-5 weeks ago the team was talking about what it would take to get to THIS Jets game, not necessarily just the post season. This weeks game, and our approach to it, has been seen as part of the targeted prize. I'm convinced the team is looking forward to it, and to winning it, not simply past it.

Nobody wants this game more than Chad. Not Favre, not Porter, not Sparano or Mangini. While we all sit around talking about what this win means to the Dolphins,I can guarantee you Penny is watching game film and losing sleep over studying the playbook. He will not be denied.

i agreeif the jets win this game it will be on the legs and heart of Jones and Washington because Farve just doesnt care....it showes in his Pressers

I agree, he will pick up his play against us. Its going to be a tough game. He will give me more reasons to dislike him.

IMO this is our superbowl, the playoffs will be big but our guys want this game period!

This is not the same secondary as in week 1.

The only reason they won was because of the lobs that my grandma could've stopped

Agree. Listening to guys like Vonnie Holliday, I think collectively the team is taking this game with a very serious, business-like approach.
They are not awed by the opportunity presented them or acting like they are just happy to be in this position.
The Jets are trying to regroup and salvage what once was a promising season.
Mentally, I think the Phins are more prepared for this game, while the Jets are now hoping for a little luck.
If things go bad early for the Jets, I don't think their collective psyches could handle it and they are likely to fold.
The Phins, on the other hand, are likely to gut it out to the end. If it's a close game, I think the Jets blink.

Mentally, perhaps. However, the problem with Favre is his age and it seems as if his arm has become fatigued near the end of the season. He has thrown a lot of picks the last 3-4 games and he has been underthrowing his receivers. Not a good sign for a "gunslinger" who likes to take chances.
His head may tell him to do something, but his body may not be able to.
This bodes well for the Fins.

Dude your kidding me, what did LT do against us in week 5 or what about Brandon Marshall in week 9?

Everyone was saying they would torch us and we shut them down as you say we haven't done to ANYBODY in the passed 5-6 years!!!
