I haven't seen any threads specifically dedicated to that 4th down touchdown pass so I thought I would say how ridiculously devastating that was when it happened. First I thought it was a sack, then I thought for sure that it would be knocked down or picked off and then it was a touchdown. It was like getting punched in the stomach.

those are the kind of plays where you just throw your hands up and say "it ain't our day."

That was big time luck....

it did feel like getting punched in the stomach, especially after seeing who caught it....I was like who the F*** is that!!?

 yeah me too...I was watching the game at a sports bar with about 11 other Phins fans...and some Favre fans...we were like what the $%^&

Seriously, what are the chances that Favre would throw it practically straight up and it would come down where a jets player was standing wide open? That's Miami Dolphins luck right there.

most the time i would just say
well thats the dolphins..
this stuff only happens to us
and it would feel like a punch in the gut
but this time my first thought was just only favre
He is the only one who has stuff like that happen..
worst was his 1st td
The whole time i saw him hiding the ball i just thought this is a td

It looked to me like Jason allen was suppose to pick up the reciever but retreated to the double coverage in the back of the end zone. I can't believe no coverage person could have not knocked that ball down no matter who they were covering. There were also alot to missed sacks where a old farve escaped the clutchs long enough to complete a pass or the defender whiffed on him. Roth initially missed but hustled back and forced the fumble on farve.

hahaha yeah that first td favre threw was hard...i saw him hiding the ball, which he did a really good job of doing....the only thing i during the whole play was td

i think it was bells fault he came up for a second because he though favre was gonna step up and run....he then jumped then went back as soon as he realized favre was throwing...just an opinion though

i don't think it was bad luck.. i just think we really need to work our secondary which by the way... sucks... come on.... not knocking down that pass was devastating...

Lob?

Haven't you been watching ESPN. Brett Favre clearly planned that play pre-snap, and executed on the design perfectly! I believe they call it "vintage Favre"!

it was just one of those plays you're sure someone will pick that awful high ball but nobody does!! and you just watch speechless, full of impotence...
