I am caling out all Dolphins fans who said it was impossible to beat the Pats on Sunday. My purpose of this thread is just for the negative posters and Ronnie Brown bashers and all other player bashers of your own team, and the "shut your mouth Joey Porter" people and admit you were wrong. This Dolphins team showed alot of heart on Sunday and came away with a very convincing win. We looked like we could beat anyone yesterday. I know it's still two weeks away, but I am predicting a win against the Chargers, albeit a close one though, I don't think it will be an easy game by any means, but if our team comes together and shows up like they did yesterday, imagine the possibilities. 2 weeks can't go by fast enough. 2-2 here we come GO DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll eat some crow. I never bashed any of our players, just didn't see us beating the Pats.
So pass the ketchup. I'll gladly eat to a wonderful win!!!!

There are Dolphin fans that don't like to be positive or to even hope for the best. Somehow they find a way to enjoy being a fan without hoping for the best. They will post here about how it's only 1 game and a hundred other rational arguments, but I say forget rationality. Take yesterday's game however you want, but I choose to look at it as a sign that things are changing and we are a better team. If it turns out we suck at least I had hope for awhile.

I never bashed anyone but the safeties and corners but they played better yesterday. I always think were gonna win every week, im a die hard fan like that. Theres a realistic side of me that knows when its gonna be a tough game and the odds are against us but deep down i always feel like were gonna win...i was almost positive we were gonna beat the Jets i had a bet goin with my boss, im from Jersey so theres tons of Jets fans and they were all on the Brett Favre bandwagon thinkin hes gonna destroy every team in his path

I am definitely guilty of criticising Henning for his vanilla offense in the two games prior... I stopped short of calling for his 'head' but I was more than a little skeptical he could get the most out of his personnel...

Yesterday he threw down! and i am happy to say that maybe we were right to say we needed to be creative but I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG to suggest he was not the man for the job.

Table for one... Crow with a side of humble pie...

I called out our secondary.....i know the pressure did alot but they covered well enough to lead to some sacks....so whatever they did GOOD JOB BOYS...so SabanHater pass the ketchup when your done

Let's move on this taking sides about who is right and wrong does not help. I have been defending the coaching staff so far but I would not want at trash talker on my team who ever it is. I think Joey hurts more than helps when he is trash talking. Thats my fir comment on Joey ever. I have felt that this team would come together and thought they would start out a little stronger than we did. After the frist 2 games I figured it would be mid season before we really started to see some wins. This at least gives us something to build on. Love the win the San Diego will be ready for the gimmick plays unlike the Pat's so we will not have the same edge to beat them. Still this win and getting some time for the players and coaches to get acclimated to the system should really help gong forward.

I admit, I thought Joey Porter was getting a little ahead of himself. He had not shown much in the past few games to justify running his mouth. I am glad he backed up what he said, and more importantly, contributed to our win. Did I think we were going to beat the Pats?, honestly, no. Even if you thought we might squeeze out a win, I am sure nobody here thought it would be in the fashion we laid it to the Pats. I am glad it happened, this kind of crow I'll eat gladly...yum!

Go Dolphins!!!!

I am proud to say I am a Dolfan and also I am proud to be a member of this Finheaven web site. I was hoping this thread would bring out some positive feedback because all we had around here is negativity, I am just so happy that we won yesterday, thanks for participating in my thread guys. :hi5:

Best tasting crow i've had in ages... i never expected us to win. Especially not so convincingly

Only crow I want to see eaten is from WV regarding Ronnie Brown. Guy had a monster game, just like we all knew he would if he was given reps......

well, i took off my homer glasses for the first time in my life and look what happened. i said that we had "less than zero" chance to beat the pats. i am a hungry man today

I love it, I just love it. It's so awesome to see some positive threads finally. I am guilty of bashing the secondary last week. this week, they looked really good. I was telling my wife as we were watching the game that it looked like the Cowboys came out in Dolphins uniforms. Its awesome to be sitting at this table with all my Dolphin-loving brothers/sisters, eating the best bird I've ever had. Cheers Dolfans and heres to the rest of the season. :beer1: :hi5:

I didn't bash Joey Porter, and I'm as big a Ronnie Brown fan as they come, but I didn't think we had a snowball's chance in hell of winning yesterday. So, with grace, I'll take my crow with a side serving of foot-in-mouth. Go Phins!!!!!
