Dave Spadaro, of PhiladelphiaEagles.com, reports the Philadelphia Eagles have made the trade of QB A.J. Feeley to the Miami Dolphins official. Miami has sent a 2005 second-round draft pick to Philadelphia in exchange for Feeley.

I didnt see anything about the pick being conditional.

It just says a 2nd round pick in 2005.
