vick is having a feild day thus far, cmon whatsup with our secondary


heres his stats.....


10/11 121 yards passing

3attemps 29 yards rushing
 
Vick may as well pass all day...he's not going to be stopped by this defense.
 
For all those Vick haters who say he isn't accurate......WELL, he looks pretty DAMMED accurate to me today!
 
did you expect this secondary to sustain coverages? regardless, i'd say we're giving him quite a physical beating thus far... and i'm enjoying it...
 
Reggie Howard made his first appearence on that T.D. pass...

Wherever there is an open reciever Reggie Howard can't be too far behind.
 
vick is the ranked #3 in nfl for active winning percentage as a starter.

he is winner.. just hope we can pick it up...
 
The Falcons can put up 500 yards today if they want. They should have 21 points if not for that fumble. We can't stop them.

no, they couldn't put up 500 yards... and i'm quite sure they WANT to... and Vick IS having a good day for himself...

but, you're being a little harsh.... i rather like the way we're hitting, and schemewise i'm not unpleased, as there were some plays to be made that weren't... secondary can't cover, but at least they're hitting... let's not forget... Warrick Dunn is a fine NFL running back, and their line CAN block and is healthy...

taylor's foot is noticable at times... he would have bottled up Vick on that 1st drive bootleg, but just couldn't adjust....

regardless, this is a top 5-10 team we're hanging with... don't be so negative...
 
They are overblitzing that is why.

I mean really rushing 7 on a 3rd and long goal. Rediculous. They need to start faking the blitz and backing off and mixing up their coverages. The front 4 is taking care of Dunn.
 
Yeah, I guess, despite what the fans of other teams and the press say, Vick can pass after all, huh?

didnt seem like the front 4 was doing that at the end of the half, im pretty sure that because they were getting tired though.....

Overcommit to the run and any QB can pass on this weak secondary. Except for Gus. He can't throw on paper cut out CB's.

Yeah, well, couch it in whatever bizarro-reality you want. It doesn't change anything. All the people talking about his not being able to throw are dullards...

Reality is alot different than a stat sheet, isn't it?
