No Ireland, HUGE drop in posts. What will many have to say? :)
 
They will find someone to take the blame, probably Philbin then since we cant fire Ross he will be the torch holder
 
I will continue to complain, because we continue to be irrelevant, and miss the playoffs. A Decade plus of poor personnel decisions, and nothing to be too excited about around here, just see our last two regular season games.

That being said...
Super flipping happy Ireland is gone. Finally a positive step in the right direction!

You sound butt hurt. Don't worry, your boy Ireland can still be the ball boy for the Bears. You make it sound like Ireland was competent, and there was nothing to complain about. During his tenure hrer the team sucked. Six years, and one winning season, but since all the Ireland boot lickers say Parcells was in charge then, he really has 0.

They need to clean house now, sorry but Philbin has to go. Let the new gm pick his own coach, and let him pick his staff. This half cleansing hasn't worked in the past.

They will bring a gm on who will work with Philbin or promote Gaine. Ross likes Philbin.

I'm not a boot liker, but I've been in enough bad situations to know that "Titles" aren't all they are cracked up to be.
You can't have a guy like Parcells running around, and not expect that if he has a clause in his contract where he can quit and get all his money at any time,
that he doesn't have influence in the entire organization. 'Specially when Ireland's his Padwan.

I said from very long ago that this season was going to be Ireland's crucible. I honestly expected Ireland gone if the season went bad, but
the signs were showing for him to be on another year. Ross obviously is doing things a little differently.

I'm not sad Ireland's gone. I'm sad it's yet another failure., and yet another beginning.

You speak as if you know me personally or something. Ireland has never been my boy so you're wrong in just your second sentence.
