Just for fun.
We all know that since that other crap (baseball) is no longer playing at Dolphins staduim, what do you think the field will look like next week?
I'am thinking the Dolphins script will be painted in the endzones along with the NFL logo and Dolphins logo. At the 50, I think you'll see the 40th anniversary logo. This is a givin, but no infield dirt either.
 
I can't wait for a nice field this year, finally. Maybe the 40th anniversary logo will be at the 30's towards the sidleine. Kind of where they would put the playoff logo, if you can remember what that would look like:rolleyes:

I also really enjoy when they color the endzones, but they usually only do that for when they wear orange or in the playoffs. For whatever reason, I liked the blue endzones they had for the Bills playoff game a few years back.
 
On a similar note, any word on what game they will wear orange this year? COnsidering they have no primetime games, I am thinking they wear them the christmas eve game vs the Titans.
 
I like the colored endzones also. I remember the navy blue one a few years ago, and if I remember right they were that shade because of the Orange Bowl game that was played there the night or two before. Dark blue covers up the college logos better than aqua or orange. I kind of like the zones when thier aqua.

Do you think that the Dolphins logo in the zone will be the 40th or the regular logo?
 
I would prefer the regular logo and have the 40th somewhere on the field, but I guess we won't find out until next Sunday....
 
I just did a google image search...it took me a while to find the one I wanted though.
 
If you go to google images, enter "miami dolphins", it's on the 3rd page.

I remember when I was first looking, I went to like the 13th page to get it.
 
if you are in google.com (or google.ca for me in Canada), just above where you enter your search term, there is a link for 'Images'. Enter your search term and click Images.
 
Thanks, I'll try that after while. There is also a site Sportslogos.net that has a lot of logos. I tape a lot of games and when I make my dvd case labels or vhs labels, I go there for the other team logos.

No primetime games= no orange this year...

I've read on here that they won't be wearing the orange jerseys this year. But I have not heard any offical team or league comment on it.

Teams planning to wear alt. jerseys have to file it with the NFL early. The Phins did not file any such plans.
Read that on ESPN's Uni watch section.

Yes they hired some guy JUST to report on uniforms in prof. sports. :lol:
 
They can color the field any color they want, as long as I don't have to see an infield!
