My take from your list.. We keep Walden, Bryan, Haynos.. the 4th spot is between Frye, dotson, Kershaw, Thomas, and Haynos.... No hands Nalbone gets cut, Allen makes the team

I don't feel comfortable with Joey Thomas at all.
I have another name on this list - Nathan Jones - This guy is terrible in coverage from what I saw yesterday.. I agree that he is good at blitzing but he is listed a CB and should be able to cover better than that.
I would cut Nathan Jones and keep an extra safety like Courtney Bryan

Bryan definitely is the best choice out of the three... id keep Jones over Thomas

Nathan Jones is our starting nickel corner back and pass rushing specialist DB. He has virtually locked up his roster spot.

I think it will be Hillard, Nalbone, Robinson, London, Gardner and Lewis cut from the offense. Wright, Baker, Folsom, Thomas, Billingsley and Bryan released from the defense.

Hillard, Nalbone and Folsom could be brought back to the practice squad.

I think there will be several running backs released around the league that have a better chance of being picked up by teams than Hillard does. I guess there's a better than 50 percent chance he ends up on the practice squad.

Yeah Nathan Jones tore it up. We can't get rid of him. Courtney Bryan also did a good job.

We can keep Lex if he learns to block better.

My way:
Cut Anderson, keep Walden
Cut Nalbone, keep Haynos
Cut Gardner, keep Garner
Keep Lex, Dotson, Frye, Kershaw

FO way (based on your list):
Keep Jason Allen (don't ask me why...)
Keep Kershaw, Walden and OL to be named later (I think Hilliard is a casualty of the numbers game...)

ok... looks like I was very close. With 4 te's, I thought they would try to trade David Martin, they cut him instead. This opened up a spot for Jason Allen. Allen's an ok backup; he has some int's and plays special teams. Not so bad of a prediction, it seems. I would expect he's an expensive backup... haven't looked at his cap number recently.
