Finally some Fiedler clarifications

Buffalo is the "most likely" date.

And here is an "oh so true" quote from Fiedler's agent Levy

When mentioning the "very latest" date: "I know it won't make many people in South Florida happy but they used to hate him anyways".

my impression from the Herald article - http://www.miami.com/mld/miami/sports/football/nfl/miami_dolphins/4505866.htm - was that SD is more than a wish, but a prayer - if you are so inclined; and that Buffalo is wishful thinking. Jay has unusually obliged our wishes with returning from injuries and the Bills is huge so I am hoping for that; but the press is now all pointing to Chi. as most likely.

Fiedler was originally aiming for the November 24 game against San Diego, but that return date has been eliminated.

This is all just a bunch of speculation if you ask me!....nobody really knows how fast or how slow he will heal....I wouldnt be surprised if he played in the San Diego game or if he came back after the Bears game....

All I know is that I had the same type of break 3 years ago when i was in the Navy and it took me 4 weeks to get back to work at full strength (had the cast off in 3 weeks and was in a brace for the 4th week) so it's entirely possible for him to return by then. (oh, and before the jokes start flying, I had a very physical job as a mechanic in the Nav so my thumb got a lot of work. )
