Beam Me Up Outa Here!
Was reading a post on one of the self-destructing Jest boards regarding a report earlier this afternoon from WFAN's Francessa reporting that Woody Johnson during the game, kept glancing between both benches: our coaches and players jumping, screaming, encouraging, cursing, while the Jest bench was sitting like mummies. And that's all she wrote.

Comparing Eric to Tony is like comparing a Yugo to a Lexus!

The mummies probably also knew they were being eliminated by Balt. even if they won...

I actually think the criticism of Mangini's sideline disposition has gone overboard. He acts EXACTLY the same way as Belichick.

When you win, you are a stoic genius, when you lose, you are a lackadaisical slug.

on 1050 espn radio, micheal kay and greg buttle said the phins were jumping up and down in the tunnel before the game chanting in some sort of samoan war dance, micheal kay said he was afraid to be in there

speaking of Mangini....would any of you guys be opposed to bringing him to Miami as our DC if he's unable to land another HC job? he was the Pats DC and they had a damn good defense under him...him as Pasqualonis assistant for a season or 2,then should Pasqualoni go somewhere else as a HC or whatever..we have Mangini right there...thoughts?

After being an NFL head coach, I doubt he would work under Pasqualoni, who has only been a college head coach. I think Mangini may end up re-uniting with Scott Pioli and maybe even Romeo Crennel with the Browns.

Mangini does have the credentials so I would have no problem having him here, especially if Pasqualoni should leave.

Probably the same chant Porter led in the lockerroom AFTER the game!

Crennel is gone!

I think the Mangini firing was just the jets ownerships scapegoat for the un-successful acquisition of Favre.

The Browns are apparently looking at Mangini for their vacant head coach spot. Shanahan was just fired from Denver too. Wow.

Just an idiotic move to fire mangini, but thats why the jets are the jets. I think he will do solid elsewhere. They act like they gave him a playoff team to start with. Fire Tannebaum if anyone

I personally don't see how it is that he got fired. It's not lie he has control over the team personnel. The Jets got old and slow, and, paid a hefty fee to do so. That's not Mangini's fault.

If that is the case. It wouldnt be the Fins bench that got Mangini fired. It would be the Jets. I seriously doubt that it was because of that why decided to fire Mangini. I think it could have something to do with motivating players maybe but I doubt it was because of the Fins bench.
