I would have felt the same way as some about this, until I saw the score board. There seems to be a trend for the underdog teams playing very scrappy. You say Miami should've dominated, but check this out. Caronlina beat Atlanta, yeah they are better than tampa, but I wouldn't say much better. Or how about the Titans who have sucked, they steam rolled over the Bills. Yes the Bills aren't much, but the fact of the titans steam rolling them still says something. Jacksonville beat the Jets today, oh yeah how about the awful Redskins beating the Broncos?
Or how about The Saints squeeking one out agains the crappy Rams? Like I said, teams that have sucked earlier in the year, like we've seen before, do get better and it looks like some teams are picking it up like the panthers and titans, but also the Bucs could be that team too, who doesn't make the playoffs or out of it, but pick it up in the end of the season and be a spoiler team or a tougher team to beat. After this is the NFL, and it wasn't miami, but under dog teams came to play today apparently in the nfl as its seen on the scoreboard. This is still the NFL so a win is always good and you can't always expect domination, but obviously the hope for continued team improvment.
