Based on strength of schedule right now (this week), Miami's strength of schedule is slightly stronger than the Jets'.

We rank #28 and the Jets are #29.

So, no more whining from Jets' fans and/or the media that Miami has an easy schedule!
Of course, 14/16 games are identical.

spot on, it wasn't any easier than what the Jets or the Bills had. The Pats did have it a little tougher.

but....here's the thing: We didn't benefit at all from our 2 games based off of last year's schedule....NONE. Ravens and Texans - and we were 0-2 against them. So it could have been the Titans and Giants we drew, and it couldn't have been any worse for us than it was. 0-2.

Perhaps we should have benefited from playing the Texans, but ya know what, they haven't been half bad....they got off to an 0-2 start, but since then are a respectable 6-5.

Schedule hasn't meant crap within our division......now if one of us edges out, let's say the Ravens, for a wild card spot, then they might have a legitimate beef complaining about the AFC East's easy schedule.

It was a bad loss, but it wasn't like we lost to the Lions. Our D really let us down that last drive.

they did....but barely. Porter got their a split second too late or that incomplete pass is a game-ending fumble recovery for our D. Goodman was inches away from securing a game-ending interception. Wasn't that amazing 4th down catch by Andre Johnson (where Bell had great coverage) on that final drive? Then they take the last 4 downs in the goal-to-go situation. That may have been the defenses best overall effort on any drive in that game. SOOOO close.
