Dolphins | Polite signed
Thu, 16 Oct 2008 17:43:25 -0700

Omar Kelly, of the South Florida SunSentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins have signed free-agent FB Lousaka Polite (Bears).

Anybody know anything about this guy?

OK, FB #6....and counting!!

Of course I'm exaggerating, but my point is, we just can't seem to find a FB who can block. Pretty frikin sad!

Just wait... its all a part of Tony Sparano's plan. Expect a wildcat formation with 5 FBs. Ronnie takes the direct snap and the 5 FBs form a flying V (a la Mighty Ducks circa 1990's) Ronnie runs behind them as they form an unpenetratable wall. He goes 78 yards for the touchdown without one player getting a hand on him.

Anyone else hear that we just signed Emilio Estevez as our Coaching Assistant?

I wonder if this move was because of Cramer being injured or if we are still in search of a FB and if we do have to start Polite this week will it have a negative impact on our offense?

Are the new FO trying to break an NFL record of signing the most FB's in a season?

I could understand this at most other positions but at fullback its not really acceptable. Cant be helping R & R having a new lead blocker every second week either.

obviously they dont feel a concern at wide reciever and neither do i weve been fine its the secondary thats the problem

Cramer won't be able to play so we're signing a FB to play until he's ready... And what do you guys want at WR? They wouldn't be able to help for a couple weeks because they'd have to learn the offense, as a FB all you have to do is block (and Polite knows the offense)

And if Polite plays better...Cramer will be shown the door...a nice revolving one we have right now!!!

Mauia, Grigsby, Cramer, Polite. If we gave Ronnie a consistent fullback, he would be even better than he is now.
