"Lowber played basketball for two seasons at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey as a guard and won the 2006 NCAA Division III men's high jump. Prior to transferring to Ramapo, Lowber played two seasons for Richard Stockton College of New Jersey."

Prior to signing with the Vikings in April 2007, Lowber had no previous football experience.

I like this guy, I watched hard knocks and he has all the skills you need to be a good WR, he is just very raw. Nothing that he can't pick up in time, its understanding route running and defenses.

This Todd Lowber guy can flat out fly. The slowest 40 time he ran for scouts was a 4.3 flat and he has run a 4.2 flat in the 40 and even some times faster then a 4.2!!!!. That is incredible speed for a guy 6'3" 205 pounds.

6ft3 205 pounds running a 4.3? If he cant atleast play on ST as a flyer, man I dont know. I cant wait for him to develop. He needs a veteran to help him get there though.
