Got your attention ? Good.

Ever since the Saints went marching all over the Giants's (supposedly) vaunted defense, doom and and gloom has set in Dolphins land. Drew Brees and his plethora of weapons are coming to Landshark, and the surging fins have no chance they say. But hey, wait a minute !!! Let's think this through for a while

Although the Saints are 5-0, a team showed the most effective way to beat them. I hate to admit it, but the Jets had the prefect game plan but Joe Namath Jr botched the game by giving the ball away four times. This brings us to the first key of the game: Shut down the run, Put relentless pressure on Drew Brees. Porter and JT must show up for this game, a heavy dose of am Wake on third down wouldn't hurt. Oh and please Pasqualoni can we use some DB blitzes ?

It seems the Giants were intent on showing the whole league how not to play new Orleans: Use a four man rush, let your corners sit in a soft zone. Hell no. Second Key to the game: Vontae Davis and Sean Smith, this is what you were drafted for. Physically punish the Saints receivers within 5 yards, never let them get a clean release, disrupt their beautiful symphony like timing. Safeties must be tough across the middle, and take Shockey out of the game early by laying down the wood.

Ok. Now we're going somewhere I think. Saints Offense gets frustrated by not getting their way, and start coughing the ball. The Dolphin defense must create turnovers, and help the team win the turnover battle, giving the purring cat some extra possessions to play with.

Speaking of the Wildcat and of the offense. Avoid the costly turnover, and keep Brees on the bench where he can't possibly hurt us. The less time their offense spends on the field, the less likely they will get going.

Now how will that Saints defense react to being some 38mn on the field in the South Florida humidity ? Not too well I'm guessing, probably too tired in the fourth quarter to stop Ronnie and Ricky from running wild, and sealing a hard earned Miami Dolphins W.

In my mind, this is a season defining game for Miami. One where they must finally match the playground bully identity they shown us so far with the blue collar mistake free persona that was so successful last year.

Fins win 27-24

I remember the Chicago Bears swagger the year they were undefeated (1985? I think?) and we all saw Miami took care of them. I see the same thing happening.

Yep, we have ruined a few teams "good" times in our history. Looks like we get a chance to do it again on Sunday. :hump:

We had the perfect gameplan vs. the Colts, just couldn't tackle to save our lives. I say do the exact same thing and this time let's wrap up their WRs.

FEAR THE WILDCAT!!

RRRRAAAAWWRRRR!!

FACT: Saints are well trained in humid conditions where as the Fins are not! Fins are gonna drown in there own swet.

These two teams dont compare. I am a dolphins fan, but the wildcat offense is an offense for team who has no real offense. Saints will destroy the dolphins..

Well your post makes no sense because the Wildcat IS an offense. And we only run it for maybe 1/3 of our offensive gameplan.

And tell me why so many other teams have their own little variation of the Wildcat in their offense somewhere?

Nothing compares to Florida's humidity. 80 degrees here feels like 95. NO plays in a well air conditioned dome.
