This drip, drip , drip crap is killing the moral. Get it all done now and move forward. We don't need to listen to this anymore.

They have been fired. Now we move on.

I agree.

Do everything that needs to be done and and be done with it.

But that likely isn't going to happen.

I even saw a tweet where Ross is in talks with some Law schools about making the Dolphins a case study and example of workplace policy in ALL sports.

What player is going to want to be apart of the experiment? Talk about distraction. Goodbye Championship hopes.

Aye Carumba!

a tweet? That's the hard evidence. First I've heard about this case study.... Either way that's not happening

Everyone involved is now gone...Suspend Pouncy for the Preseason and its all done.

There must be something really special about Failbin for Ross to keep him. He excites no one, was the head coach during all of this, and lost the last two games when we only needed one.
It was perfect timing to fire him with Ireland and Sherman. A new GM and staff would have energized fans and got us pumped about the upcoming season. Failbin will drag this out all season as the eyes of the media will be all over him.
Look how he acts now, like Armando pointed out in his open letter. He will be the reason this drags on all season.

Ross is also working with the NYU School of Law and the NYU Center for Sports and Society to create a universal code of conduct policy for all sports teams.

I don't usually go "researching while at work. But I can't ****ing replies like yours.

I was giving Ross the benefit of the doubt.

But that doubt has run out.

I agree, I can't see what Joe has done to cement himself as a definite keeper. It makes me wonder who Hickey would have hired as HC. Gruden? Hmmm.

Uh....

Clearly O'Neil and Turner are fired. Only two people left with connections to the Martin-Incog scandal.

I think we can all assume Martin, Incog, Jerry will not be back with the team.

Pouncey will survive because skill out weights punishment. (Ask Dez Bryant)

To close, I may not have a PR degree but it doesnt take a genius to understand you make the chop when the heat is on. Ross waited until the report was released and made the chop in order to appeal to the public that moves had been made.

If Ross chopped people early, there would be nothing to "please" the masses after the report was released. Headlines would read "Incog and company bully Martin, Dolphins to have press conference"

or would you rather have "Incog and company bully Martin, Ireland fired, Turner fired, O'Neil fired, Dolphins to hold press conference.

IMO firings are done, nothing else going to happen except NFL slamming team and Pouncey di€¥ slap.

then release Ritchie and Martin today...get them out of our lives. By not releasing them, it goes on and on !!!!
Wise up. Incognito is a FREE AGENT. They will not release Martin unless MARTIN requests it, they will try to trade him however.

Incog is a FA in about....a week.

Martin...releasing him without a conclusion to the Wells report etc would be beyond dumb. Martin holds all the cards. One wrong move by the Dolphins and Martin can sue. As I've stated on numerous threads, we will most likely pay out Martin's contract and then release him as "best for both pary" PR crap. But for now, the Dolphins can do nothing or risk an even bigger media lash back.

Thats exactly what we need, for Martin to be the victim and the Dolphins release him.

:bobdole:

Rarely do I give a "thumbs down" but please, do some basic research.
