Fire Philbin; I want Stoops

If you want to look at college coaches consider Mark D'Antoni. Guy gets gets great play from 3-4 star rated kids. Consistently puts great defenses on the field. I hate him but he is a heckuva coach.
 
How bout George O'Leary and Blake Bortles as a package deal. Talk about a franchise QB?

Bortles put up 52 points, something we need and he has a hotter girlfriend than Tanny-Hill and he's from FL.

I hope he comes out and he drops down to us.

UCF grad here.. Bortles gonna be the real deal, but I love me some Tannehill. Just asking the big guy in the sky that Bortles doesn't go to the Jets. Don't wanna have to root against the guy his entire career.

And Oleary has a dream situation at UCF, that guy isn't going anywhere.

D'Antoni and Malzahn are the two college coaches in whom I have the most interest. Assuming you could convince either to come to Miami, my only concern would be their respective staffs - specifically, the offensive staff for D'Antoni and the defensive staff for Malzahn. A lot of people think Auburn's offense is gimmicky, but he his offense is predicated upon traditional plays with his own slant. I think he's a better offensive mind than Chip, and that's not - at all - a knock on Chip.
 
Or maybe bring back one of our old QB's-Heupel for offensive co-ordinator.

Yes, that would suck if he goes to the Jets
 
i'd like the michigan state defensive coordinator...fun defense to watch...well coached group...and bortles wouldn't beat out tannehill
