Sorry ass old man!!! Get some ****en balls and fire that fat **** Sherman and the rest of them ****!!!!!!! every time I check NFL.com another coach is fired but not no one from the dolphins.

i can only hope this just means he is getting ready for something big and it wont be a token firing...more than likely no one is getting fired though...ireland gave ross a good old rub and tug that he learned in his days as a "ball boy" and saved his job...

We have to wait so we can lose out on all the best coaching candidates. Thats how we do.

hey maybe we can wait til the fiesta bowl and hire oleary and then move up to draft bortles...:d-day:

When the clock hit 00:00 I would've had pink slips ready for the entire staff. Ross is asleep at the wheel.

You know, its one thing to lose to buffalo and Thad lewis and then turn around and lose to Gino smith and **** away the playoffs. But like somebody on here already said spend 110 mil and 5 pics in the first 3 RDS of the draft and finish like that!!! Somebody needs to be fired!!! 8-8 REALLY!!! and behind the ****en jets REALLY !!!!! plus the whole Martin incog locker room scandle .If this guy doesn't fire at least Sherman and Ireland then he is definitely in the early stages of senility.

We are always the last ones to any NFL party. Our owner continues to make very questionable decisions. I really thought this guy being a New Yorker, X Laywer, Money Man and Real State Guru was going to bring some of his business acumen to a team that really needed it. No guts, no glory...RAM.

LOl..It will happen. I just hope Ross realizes if you fire Ireland and Sherman then you gotta pull the trigger on everyone else. No more half stays and half goes. No more keep the GM and fire the HC. Do it properly this time...clean house!

I was unable to watch the game yesterday or last week thanks to the NFL.

Can anyone tell me how the players were playing? I've seen a lot of criticisms of the coaching staff's game plans and lack of adjustments. But how were the players executing and performing?

Was there any heart?

I see statements of players defending coaches, but did they execute and give 110%?

To me, how players play on the field are the best indicator we have if they truly want to play for the coaching staff or if they are hoping the owner/GM cleans house.

That said, did you see a team wanting to play for this staff?
