He is the ****ing worst. I cant stand him.
He can never say a team name without using the city and the name. Its always......THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS or the Jacksonville Jaguars. Never just Pittsburgh or the steelers.
Also, do yourself this unpleasentry. Count the number of times he says "football" when breaking down a game.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are a great FOOTBALL team. They moved the FOOTBALL up and down the FOOTBALL field tonight. Their defense was lights out and thats why they won the FOOTBALL game. They again proved why they are the defending champions of the national FOOTBALL league. That Troy Palamalu is a great FOOTBALL player.
What does he think we are listening to him analyze? Tennis? Baseball? Boxing? Dude, we get it. You dont have to say football every ****ing time. You can just say they are a great team or he is a great player. You could say they moved up and down the field. We KNOW ITS FOOTBALL.

I don't mind him that much he doesin't have the Pats Dick in his mouth. He is pretty even and treats every1 the same. He can be annoying sometimes but who can't on ESPN.

The funniest thing is when Dilfer starts to talk about how QBs in the league need to protect the football at all times and make smart decisions with it. LOL!!!!!!!!!!
Guy was a turnover machine at Tampa! He went along for the ride in Baltimore and thinks he's some hall of fame QB because he "won" a super bowl. NO! Ray Lewis won a super bowl. Tony Siragusa won a super bowl, you watched along with the rest of America in 2000 as the best defense since the '85 Bears took home the trophy.
I always think it's ironic when he starts giving out the advise to QBs in the league. It's funny!

I personally can't stand the guy. It all started last year at this time when Trent was picking every team to beat us on the way to winning the division. Even afterwards, this guy is a horrible "analyst", right down there with Matt Millen.

Pretty much everyone on ESPN annoys me, with the exception of Gruden maybe. The NFL Network studio team doesn't bother me so much. Call me a masochist but I've actually enjoyed Irvin's mush mouthed tirades in the past, even back when he was on ESPN. I draw some perverse (extremely comical) pleasure out of listening to him ramble on. Eisen beats Berman by a country mile and yes-Dilfer is pretty bad.
