Just as long as this leads to the 1st pick in the 2020 draft I’m ok whoever the coach is, except for Rex Ryan, I want nothing to do with him and the Phins.

Will also depend on how Grier is viewed in NFL circles. If he isn't as respected as Ross says lots of coaches will turn us down. We'll probably lose some based on the fact they can't buy their own groceries as well.
