Lot's of different options.

I would take "TE Greg Olson". In this scenario, I would trade down to 17-21.
*******
WR's usually take a couple seasons of learning curve. So do Offensive Linemen.

I'd kind of like a Corner... but offense is in bad shape.
*******
Ted Ginn is an option.
#1 Center is an option.
Maybe a Left Tackle is available.
*******
I keep seeing these mock drafts in which we take a DT. With Holiday, Traylor, Evans, Wright, Wright2, Vickerson... I wouldn't pick a DT in any round this year.

I dont see us taking Ginn with the 9th overall because of his suspect hands and foot injury. I only see us going OL or QB at that position. Besides, we need OL and QB much more than WR, and I sure as hell hope we dont take a TE with that pick...That would be a total waste

i like ginn jr if we trade down a bit......it seems that at 9 the best value is on the defensive side of the ball...there are alot of players that are almost sure bets (landry willis carriker okoye) where guys like levi brown and ginn are possible studs but come with questions.....i dont know man....im confused on what way to go

Levi Brown is a must. I read somewhere that Cam wants to improve this O-line through the draft and what better way to do it by picking the second best Left Tackle in the draft. He is a beast at Run Blocking and isnt as consistent in pass protection but he'll learn. <<< This will only happen if Quinn isnt there at #9 otherwise Quinn is the way to go...

I would take players in this order

1. QB- If Brady Quinn or Russell falls i would say take em. We haven't drafted a QB in the first round in years, it's time to take a chance.
2. O-line- If by some miracle of god Joe Thomas were to fall to us or within reach of trading up i would say take him. Levi Brown could be another option as well.
3.Best defensive player available- Laron Landry, Alan Branch, Amobi Okoye, or Leon Hall would all make our team better.
4. Ted Ginn jr- He's explosive but he's also uncertain. We could use him on our team but might be a reach at this point.

I agree that if Quinn is available at #9... then we take him.

With Ginn, I also agree that you would have to trade down. Past Calvin Johnson (who will be gone)... what other receivers are good? Worthy enough to take in the first round? Whether we stay at 9 or trade down?

What do people think of Levi Brown? I've never seen him play. I read the newspaper article a month ago saying dolphins scouts weren't high on him? Is this for real... or is it just trash talk so no one trades up to steal him away from us?

This is the right answer in my opinion.
