As we speak, the Steve Smith, Bayless and even Ryan Clark panel now has taken Incog's side, called him a scumbag but falsely maligned, and are blaming Martin for scapegoating him for his own shortcomings. Martin put Incog's career in jeopardy and left him hanging for months. Surprising. It's a delicate line to tread for these dopes, but even Clark said, he wouldn't want to play with Martin but Incog is the kind of warrior every team would want. As I said, the narrative is changing

Wonder if Incog will ultimately come out and sue martin for lost wages in civil court? or if he can. I'm not a lawyer so im not sure if it's possible but i'd like to see it happen

I dont think he lost any wages. Miami payed him while on leave.

per cbs sports

Under CBA rules, the Dolphins were allowed to suspend Incognito for four weeks without pay. However, before the four-week suspension was up, Incognito and the team came to an agreement that allowed the Dolphins to keep Incognito suspended, but with pay, meaning he only missed out on a total of two $235,000 weekly paychecks.

I don't think either player has a case for anything against each other at this point although none of us know what actually has gone on in this case to this point.

I feel like a beyond the thunderdome style cage fight needs to occur between the two at this point. sell ppv and use the money to upgrade the fans stadium experience.

Also wouldn't want either guy on my team. One a weak minded football player that left team because of so called bullying and the other just an all around idiot that cant seem to handle himself in public at times.
Both guys need help mentally although MArtin seems to need the most by far.

So ESPN is now starting to join the "we were wrong" group that we have been seeing other outlets doing the past few days. Granted it is coming from the morons or ESPN, but it is a start.

I wouldn't even want to watch that, im just glad neither player will ever be a dolphin again.

It was obvious to any Fin Fan that Martin had motives for this entire thing.

The silence of likes of Jason Laconfora, Adam Schefter and Mike Florio is so loud. The media had to run with a bullying story to fit America's crusade to stop such actions. Once again, the media does not try to report factoids...they report to fit their narrative.

It was obvious all the time to me that Martin was a snake.

Exactly. An objective viewpoint would have at least questioned Martin's motives.
Funny thing is, the media people are truly sharks. they will probably be attacking each other soon,(if they haven't already)

I guess Im just not very bright on this, I just don't get the motivation for MArtin to do this. I think he definitely is not right in the head and this is the issue. There is little if any positive outcome for Martin to make false accusations about bullying. I mean if its some preconceived plan he has to know there would be an endgame and if it wasn't happening then what would he gain. I don't see any monetary gain from this, he obviously played football well enough to be on an nfl roster because he was on one and still started every game he played for us. I personally feel that this guy is not right in the head. I know many people want to think this was some grand scheme but since his parents are lawyers and some people claim they masterminded this, they must know no case in court would be settled based on one voice mail with so much other evidence to consider. Also they must know that if these is no case the wells investigation would not help them. So with that being said there is one possible reason and that's MArtin has personality disorder issues or he is very stupid. Obviously two ivy league lawyers would not have concocted such a weak case that has no end game that gets him paid, except maybe what he would have got anyway
