First we wanted Quinn, then it was Kolb, now it was Flynn.

Lets see...Quinn went to Cle, who ruin QBs and had no other skill players, crap O line. Then to Den, where if not for the Tebow craze would have been starting when Orton sucked. I'd say his value is unknown.
Kolb got beat up last year and missed games. No running game, suspect line, etc. Not exactly a great spot to judge his skills, especially when he performed plenty in Philly.

Everyone calm down. Let's face the facts that in FA this year there was really only one interesting player, Manning, and we all knew it was 50-50 for us to get him. We couldn't afford the cost to trade up for RG3. Now you all want to rush to take a variety of 3rd rounders with the #8 just to say we got a new QB. We'd be better off with Jason Campbell.

I could make the moves that Ireland and co. have made and would do it for half the money. He is like a weatherman on tv, wrong 60 percent of the time but still keeps raking in that check. You are giving him all the credit for non moves, one needs to make good moves as well to be considered a success. Where is our qb? our #1 WR? Is our OL a finished product? Also to be honest I am not sold on our RBs, Bush will be good if he can replicate last year a tall task but the others meh. We need a TE that is a game changer as well. I never mind going out on a limb in football for a player like Smith or Flynn because you can cut them the next year unlike other sports. Now I do think that this year could be salvaged in the draft but the problem I have is zero confidence in the front office making the right picks.

I don't know if anyone is sticking up for Ireland..it's just that..people tend to overreact BIG TIME. You would've thought we traded away Zach Thomas in his prime when in fact we are in a kind of awkward draft position and we are fighiting over 3rd tier QBs when we atleast that (personally think Moore played well for us) . Speaking of which..I miss Zach.

I sure miss ZT too. That's the kind of player that made everyone around him better.
