Fitzpatrick talking to the Cowboys

This is what rebuilding looks like: It’s 2018 first-round draft pick Minkah Fitzpatrick probably playing his final game for Miami in a 43-0 loss to the New England Patriots because he has grown unhappy with his role on the team, has asked to be traded, the work done by coaches to convince him to stay hasn’t worked, and the Dolphins are well down the road to striking a trade deal.

From the article also..

The Dolphins are certain -- certain! -- they’re going to get a first-round draft pick for the defensive back. And they’re confident they might get an extra piece of compensation in the deal as well -- perhaps a player, or maybe a lower-round draft pick.

That’s how far along the Minkah trade talks are, which is to say, very far along.

If Fitzpatrick wants to play FS from what I have heard and McCain is struggling at FS and is much better at nickle it appears to me that its a no brainer to flip the guys. It appears to me Florres is as hard headed as Fitzpatrick and for a team that needs play makers everywhere thats a bit insane.

Goodbye. Tackles like a b****, acts like a b****. Will not be missed.

Injury or not, Reshad or not, James should have been the pick. First team All pro year one. This is the front office fixing a mistake. I know my Noles are a dumpster fire right now but stop sleeping on DB University

Well then... we may have seen the last of Minkah. These last two games havent been the best to him as far as upping his stock.. I would've like to make it work. Play him as the FS, but if the bridge is burnt, its burnt.

Gonna have so many extra holes to fill next offseason. I do hope we unload drake though, clearly he isnt part of the future.

The amount of snaps Drake got and when, compared to Ballage tells you what they think of Drake, same as the Gase staff apparently, right or wrong..
