Incredible. Many in this fan base cant live with 8 wins a year. So we should tank an entire 2019 season before it begins. My head hurts, honestly, can't make some of this stuff up. Most here wait all off season for football to start, then call for tanking. Not only tanking during the season, but now tanking future seasons. Disgusting. Imagine actually enjoying a football season that is solely for our entertainment. No way to explain the thinking of some on here.

Jim has done well at Michigan.

They were not even on national radar when he started coaching them and were 5-7 previous season.

This year they are ranked 4th in the country with one loss. He is 36-12 as their coach

Play Flacco for 1-3 years while the young guy actually grooms and isn't thrown into the fire.

Well, it's not like rookie QBs come out blazing. Some that do become flukes like Dak and RG3, for various reasons. Not a fan of giving a rookie a clear shot to the role. Especially when the onus is on him to play at a high level for the team to have a chance to win.
