The Dolphins' Chad Henne, who worked out Brian Hartline before the draft as coach Tony Sparano and general manager Jeff Ireland watched, said even he didn't know the receiver (and likely starter) would be this good this soon. ``The way he catches and turns upfield is unbelievable -- one of the quickest receivers I've seen. He's very smooth,'' Henne said. ``And he can extend his hands to go up and make the catch.''

• Word is the Dolphins want to throw more to Anthony Fasano this season

We knew that Hartline would be drafted by us and would move up to 2nd on the depth chart this soon? Damn..

I don't see how this part """Jeff Ireland watched, said even he didn't know the receiver (and likely starter) would be this good this soon ""The way he catches and turns upfield is unbelievable -- one of the quickest receivers I've seen. He's very smooth,'' Henne said. ``And he can extend his hands to go up and make the catch.''"" of it is old news.

And if it is old it's not as old as the other part of it , and would only seem to be a few weeks old at the most.

Just made a post saying that I think he'll supplant Ginn as our #1 WR in a year or two, and I think he'll be the complete package. I also expect him to add some bulk to his frame in the next couple years.

I was never down on the pick, but I had no idea he'd turn out well. Anyone know how H. Nicks is looking? I'd be surprised if any rookie WR is showing as well as Hartline at this point. He may turn out to be a bigger steal than S. Smith.
