I used to defend Armando. Giggles, if you are on this forum and heaven knows it's a good idea as a reporter (or hack... jury is still out after I don't know how many years...), for you to be on- just to keep to the temp of the fans- thank you once again for not helping the cause of the Phins.

Dolphans, this interview on PFT had zero comments- left me very surprised. Armando makes some interesting comments on Philbin views (building a team through the draft) and Florio asks a fantastic question near the end regarding "Plan B" pertaining to the draft.

You have to click in, especially if you dislike Mandito. I was never partial one way or another but I were Peyton and heard this guy speak, it would definitely be a con on my list of reasons not to join the Phins.

I haven't started a thread in a looooong time. Sorry if this has been posted. Armando got under my skin.

I want to put it on record that PFT has been my Holy Grail since Saban. I happen to come across their website when I was out of work and had nothing better to do. At this time, just the thought of being mentioned on Sportscenter would have been a hilarious joke. A lot of people on this site spewed and still spews a plethora of venom towards PFT. When every other report read contrary, PFT kept reporting, we have sources inside of the NFL that say Nick Saban is not happy in theNFL. PFT has made it a long way and I'm proud to say that my friends know PFT because of me.
 
I used to love PFT because it was a break from the everyday boring news.  It was filled with RUMORs which conventional news, a few years ago, would not partake in.  However, today, all news agencies are participating in rumors, and its annoying.  PFT has changed and is annoying as hell.  I still read it but the biases and slants against certain teams are out of control.  Its still OK, but it has really gotten out of hand.  Give me hard news and hard rumors and I will formulate my own opinion, I don't need Florio to do it for me.

Unfortunately or really fortunately, w/e the case may be, I haven't kept much tabs. All I know is that these guys were spewing the truth long before anyone else was. Just as all things grow and become commercial...

Hell, I went to the Keys this passed weekend and just heard this passed Saturday that Davy Jones died and yesterday I hear Daydream Believer in a phukin commercial?

Don't kid yourself, bias and the sort of stuff you're talking about is all over our world- hand check a politician in your district if that's not the case. Don't plead it against PFT cause they're growing. Therein is waht sucks about the process; when they were underground, the were cutting edge. Now, they have an opinion. You can only slice a pie so many ways. It's alwasy and only abd forever, a matter of perspective.
