I'm not saying none of this is true, but Florio quotes another story as his source, which quotes another story as it's source, which quotes Armando, who does not give any hint of having a source other than his speculating anus. Leads me to believe this "story" has taken on a life of it's own.
 
This is the rational way to go here. Hopefully it comes to fruition.

As for Grier, race should not be part of the thought process. Grier is a good guy and should be evaluated on the merits. Miami has shown it can walk the walk because it actually hired him as a GM to begin with. Miami has credibility in that regard and should tell the league to pound sand if the league dare put racial pressure on Ross.
 
Reasons we dont listen to this blowhard:

Salguero also suggested that the Dolphins should offer Gase an extension and a raise, along with a reeling in of his authority. And that may become a necessity, given what the Dolphins could be planning for the future.
 
I would be Ok with the Vikings GM, but the Bills? No thank you. Also, what is Grier actually responsible for? The article states that Tannenbaum is running the show with Gase having final say? I would love to know the breakout of who lobbied for what picks. Maybe Grier is a genius? Our drafts have been better with him then before him, but still need some work.

Still not clear if Adam Gase has completed his training in How to talk your way out of anything while standing behind a podium or even just sitting on a bench....Though we have experienced and heard the trained basic technical excuses taught to easily fool the nitwits listening and believing the drivel with surprisingly more success than we thought.

And lastly we have an update on Steven Ross. Seems to be postponing his decision on keeping Adam Gase til he completes his surgery. We hear through a credible source who we can't mention but IS credible for sure and not a joke because We Say So,, that he is under going a surgical process meant to add brain cells and we can comfortably say if more than one added successfully, Gases time in Davie will be over...

Correction: destruction of Dolphins FO not blamed on the President so we know this isn't a CNN report....yet give it a few hours and that may change...lol

This is all insane. All 3 guys need to go and race shouldn't freaking matter. I don't care if our GM and HC are green or purple. Get the right people in here to run the team instead of keeping the same people that have failed to do so.
