Greg Camarillo (recovering from torn ACL) participated in Dolphins first practice. Worked with starting unit.

No offense to people who use twitter, but I see this stuff as pretty sad. Like these people who go on Facebook and give you every detail of their life. Right now im in the shower. Im going grocery shopping. I have to go pick the kids up. I mean honestly, who cares?

I totally agree...thats why i said the only real benefit we as Dolphin's Fan can get from it is Training camp updates.
