With Chad Henne out for the year, the Dolphins look to be in a two team race with the Colts for Andrew Luck. At the same time, getting Matt Barkley would be a nice consolation price. Both the Sparano and Henne eras will be over in Miami so look for a new coach to come in and hand-pick his QB. Barkley is the next best QB prospect after Luck and has Franchise QB potential. Barkley doesn't have elite physical tools, but he does have a solid all around game and strong intangibles to warrant a Top 10 pick.
