For all the Miami Dolphins fans out there...

I'm really numb. 2008 is the only season I actually felt good to be a Dolphin fan.

Yah I remember Marino. Why is Miami so cursed? Why can't we ever be a SB team? Why does everyone else seem to be consistent playoff team, while Miami is just good for a 8-8 and 9-7 record and that's it.

Could be worse. The Lions got their first win in over a year today. That team is much older than the Dolphins and they've never even been to the Super Bowl.
 
Maybe its some kind of sick joke by the football gods because of us being the only team with an undefeated season! Very unlikely there is a such thing as a "football god" but humor can often defeat the sadness of no number 1 receivers or starting quarterbacks.

I agree. We are still the most winning team in the regular season, the only perfect team, the most MNF contenders, and a used to be a consistent playoff team. We have also had many HOF's and the most winning coach of all time. We're also 5 time AFC champions and 2 time SB winners. Too bad that was when my parents were toddlers.

It's because we were screwed over by horrible coaches. We were all so spoiled by Marino and Shula. When they left, the Dolphins fell apart.
 
Yeah I agree. I am also getting tired of this "lets find a diamond in the rough!" mentality of drafting or signing players with this regime.

We also have the best history out of all the teams in our division.

Jets: Below .500 record lifetime and only 1 Super Bowl win that came 40 years ago.

Bills: Known as the greatest chokers of all-time after losing 4 consecutive Super Bowls.

Pats: Won 3 Super Bowls because they invested in spy cameras. No one in New England knew they had a football team until 2001.

I agree. We own the AFC EAST. Like I've said before, this decade has tarnished our franchise.
