Alex Marves on Sirius NFL radio just said he saw him eating out breakfast recently. (Im not quoting word for word). He ate something like 20 pancakes, 40 peices of bacon, toast, sausage, a pie. They said he is eating himself out of the league and Marves has never seen someone with so much talent waste it away by eating themselves out of the league... Just thought this was funny since there has been alot of talk on finheaven regarding this guy lately

only judgement i care about on this guy is from bill parcells. i could honestly care less what some radio guy says.

So some radio guy sees a 350+ football player in their offseason eating a ton of food and we're suppose to care?

do you know how much food it takes it maintain 350+ lbs(which is what you would want your big *** NT to play at) w/ all the work out that they do?

Who cares. Just be able to take up two blockers on 80% of all the 1-2nd downs and any shortyardage play and you could eat all the pancakes and ding dongs that you want. I mean the guy is like 350 or something. nand did you see him move. He not like gilbert or traylor. He is more like the fridge perry or something

Well yeah, they should eat steak and chicken, not candy bars and doritos

Tell me; do you honestly believe that he meant this literally? That he truly just saw the guy at a restaurant eating all of that? Personally, I think it's just hyperbole. Media people use it with regularity to make their point.
Y'know, most people will acknowledge sports journalism has gone the way of entertainment. You get very little straightforward reporting of facts. Why? Because it's boring and if that's all you do, you're another faceless, unknown "whats-his-name". So what can you do so that everyone remembers your name? You have to be controversial. Be edgy. Use an obscure racist quote from a movie to make your point. Or use an hyperbolic statement, etc, etc.
You guys get WAY too caught up in what they say.

who said im getting way to caught up... I just thought it was funny.. read to me anywhere in any of my posts where I judge the guy.. Maybe ur taking it a little too serious

I still want him here. It saves us the hassle of wasting a pick on Dorsey.

I would not trade away in picks for this guy, even if it is a late round draft pick. But on the othder hand there are not to may people I would trade away picks for at this point. Now if Rodgers was cut by the Lions, I would not mind giving the guy a chance. It is just we have wasted to many draftg picks on trades in the last few years, and this is one of the main reasons our team in is lacking talent!

Yeah but the funny thing is at 360 lbs he still had a 66 yard TD return and no one caught him

yest in an article i posted it said he has ballooned to almot 400 lbs and has anke and shoulder problems. I thinks eomthing about cartilage or somethign along those lines.
