......are you new to watching this team? This is his 4th YEAR! They look equally as bad as when he came in. Henne looked great, but I can guarantee you that has nothing to do with Sparano. Ireland is clueless about offseason acquisitions for the most part and Sparano couldn't win a championship in a hundred years. How much does it cost for the fans to buy the franchise? It's time.

It is only one game. Come back and talk this crap if we end up 1-4.
 
If Sparano had come in just being same ole Tony and hadn't been openly making changes, like new OC, new attack mentality on Offense, bringing in speed, ect. I might be more worried. But I'm gonna wait a while to make any judgment to this team yet.
 
'eh, calm down. It's just a silly game played by guys with more money than I have. :)
 
Heres my take: Our defense should be fine. We got blown out, but its Brady and the Pats. We came out flat, we got rid of Benny Sapp. We will have a few games like this. Most every team does. Our offense looks promising and much improved for the most part. We should be fine. I still see us being in most games. We arent on the Patriots level, we just need to accept it. Not many teams are. But for now, we will be exciting to watch and be in most games and should win 9 games. With a little luck and maybe a little more heart, we can squeak an extra game and make the playoffs. However, we are a 1 play-off game team at best in reality until we step up to the next level where the Pats, Steelers and Ravens are!!!

The Steelers? Really? How do you think their fans are reacting to their loss? Probably not like ours and they played worse than Miami did.
 
People are underestimating just how great the Pats were. An average performance from them would beat most teams and that was way above average from them IMO.

I doubt we'll encounter anything like that again this season, and I include the Texans and the return Pats game in that.
 
I'm sorry to say that I agree with the OP. Houston will have their way with us as will a majority of teams........Sad but true.
 
Yeah the Pats are good, but not nearly as good as we made them look. More than half their yards were given to them by poor adjustments and poor conditioning. Things that will be fixed. It IS only one game! The Steelers have been together just as long if not better and they got beat worse than we did....and on BOTH sides of the ball.
Our D was terrible, but it wasn't lack of talent so just relax. Be realistic, Houston will not have their way with us. That is just a ridiculous statement. Our D will be fine.
