A good thing about not hearing nothing out of our camp. When we went for Fisher and Harbaugh we were in the news and everyone knew what we were thinking and knew all the steps we were taking. I'm thinking this time they are keeping things under a tight lip wrap. There is no doubt in my mind that we are going to make a strong push for Manning, no doubt whatsoever. I think our front office is doing it right this time. Not saying we are going to land him, but I think they are taking the proper steps and a direct course of action

It is almost weird that Ross and Ireland are not falling all over themselves wooing Peyton. I am starting to think that Peyton wants Miami and it has been communicated through 3rd parties..like Reggie Wayne since he was released from the Colts.
Either they are supremely confident, or they are not serious about signing him.
