Do you honestly think with Ireland's ass possibly on the line this season that he is in rebuild mode? HELL NO. Ireland wants to win NOW. We were 6-3 in the last 9 games of the season once we dumped Henne, who was obviously the issue. We are CLEARLY closer to the playoffs than you think.

Also keep in mind that Matt Moore got ZERO reps with the first team in a shortened offseason. Not even in the preseason did he get any snaps with the first team. So of course he went 0-3 in his first three starts. Once he got rolling, he was a top 15 quarterback. And yes, top 15 quarterbacks make the playoffs AKA FLACCO AKA ANDY DALTON AKA TJ YATES AKA MARK SANCHEZ AKA TIM TEBOW .. the list goes on, and some of these guys are even considered top 15, they are considered in the bottom half of the league.

Matt Moore is VERY capable of winning games in this league against good teams, our defense is stout - top 10 in the league. Joe Philbin and Ireland wanted a quarterback for the future, because Moore may not be a franchise quarterback. Neither is half of the other QBs who made the playoffs last year.

BE READY TO MAKE A SERIOUS PLAYOFF RUN THIS YEAR FINFANS, BECAUSE I EXPECT IT. AND I DAMN SURE KNOW THE DOLPHINS DO TOO.

We were 6-3 and look at the teams we beat and who we lost to. LMAO at it was all Henne. Moore lost 3 games by himself with fumbles. The team as a whole played better, especially on Defense after about mid way through the season. Everyone talks about Moores rating and finishing 6-3 without looking at what that means. It's like judging a book by its cover. We averaged less than 200 yards passing per game, that is beyond pathetic. We couldn't close out games, Moore did not win one game with the game on the line late despite MULTIPLE opportunities and averaged barely over a TD a game passing, not to mention his fumbles and disappearance in the 4th quarter. Also his bail out receiver is now in Chicago.

So if you want to keep looking at 6-3 and a meaningless QBR without looking at what it means, go ahead....but be prepared for disappointment.

I expect this team to do what it did last year and play better once adjusting to the new schemes.....we have a late bye week too!

Have you seen the teams were playing this year? Seriously easy schedule.

I can see us easily getting 9 maybe 10 wins, the only concern is at wide reciever but I'm expecting a lot of 2wr,2 te sets. Using reggie in the slot etc etc.

9 or 10 wins??? what are you smoking?

I don't think we are rebuilding just making adjustments for what the new coaching staff wants/needs
