Who else notices the Saban mentality in our players ? It seems that just about every player interview I see, reminds me of things I recall reading in Saban's book. I really think he's getting throught to our players, and I like that. We've really landed a good coach this time.

I agree completely with your post. I truly enjoyed his book and can see that type of mentality in all of the players.

I loved his book. It was awesome and I read it before last season started so I guess I came into the season with an understanding of how he functions. I recommend it for anyone, not just football fans.

And I am trying to apply his philosophy a bit to my day to day life. It's a good philosophy of perserverance, not quitting, and mostly focusing on process and doing the right things. The results take care of themselves.
