According to a Len Pasquarelli on ESPN Insider, the Chiefs are the only team willing to give something up for Harrington.

Kansas City appears to be the team most interested in surrendering something in return for Detroit quarterback Joey Harrington. The Chiefs had a high draft grade on Harrington and, at some point, Kansas City has to land an heir to Trent Green's starting job. Green is entering his 13th season and will turn 36 in July.

Doesnt mean anything, if no one else will trade for him, why would the cheifs?
He will most likely get released then someone will sign him, and every team would then have an equal shot....

I thought he was already released to avoid the Lions giving him a bonus?

the already released him #1 and Harrington wasn't the problem there from what a lot of people were saying. They have a ton of talent on the offensive side of the ball (on paper) but the discipline level was aweful with the wr core and rumor has it that none of the three made much of an attempt to form any type of chemisty with Harrington or with Garcia. It also doesn't help that kevin jones is more fragile than my 90 year old grandmother...

Great news!!! I hate Joey. I would rather have Kerry Collins...heck, I would even take Jay Fiedler back before Joey Harrington.

Personally I was never worried about him. I wouldn't want that scrub on our team.

look at joe montana avg qb but the system made him great so joey couldbe great

Please don't ever compare Joey Harrington to Joe Montana. That's herecy.

Although Joey has not played well as a professional, he was incredible in college. He played better in college than any QB to come out of the PAC 10 in the past 10 years, including both of USC's Heisman Trophy winners. I saw him play on several occasions and he was great. He single handedly (without a strong supporting cast) lead Oregon to many victories when the Duck's finished #2 in the country in 2001. Maybe he won't ever turn out to be a good NFL QB, but he has a ton of potential and is worth a shot if he becomes available. He also was a 3.8 GPA Finance major and is a concert pianist. The guy has talent!
