Is the main problem. And I fear that the dopey ass owner has no plans to replace him with competent leadership. Our scouting dept. Also needs to be kicked out the door. I have faith in Gase but his job will be that much harder when Tannebuam is bringing in scrubs for players

You guys really believe all these coaches and players are that bad?

Or maybe? Just maybe.? It's the qb...

In 4 years and 2 games this team has never been able to lean on tannehill to win games, despite the fact we use most of our high draft picks on offense.

Funny how every coach, player, who is quality, suddenly sucks when they have to depend on tannehill. Must be a coincidence.

If gase Would allow to tannehill to audible he Would be great. Right guys?
 
Considering Caroo doesn't even play, that draft day trade looks awful.

The defense stinks. Everybody went crazy when they got rolled over by the Giants and the Falcons in the preseason. Then they played decent for 3 quarters in Seattle and everybody gets excited and blame the offense. Guess what; Seattle's offense got 3 points against the Rams and the Rams managed to get the late stop that our defense couldn't. We aren't going anywhere with this defense and I fail to see how the QB has any effect on the defense. It is what it is. We have no defense. Our offense is prone to mistakes but it has talent. The defense stinks. I'll say it again; the defense stinks. Why is this so hard to comprehend? We have no defense.
 
Hire a guy off the streets and this is what happens. Ross forgot what happened with the jets quickly I guess. We currently have a non football guy owner and a non football guy gm. Championship.

I'm not, not blaming tanne. He is definitely part of the problem. But Tannebuam extended and paid his ass after a regressed season when he could have just waited and see how it played out. We could have just let him walk and had no penalty payments. But nope, he pays him. We signed suh, who is good, but do we wonder why we have no other really good players on defense? Not only that, Tannebuam moved his numbers around too, so now we extended another year of being stuck in a way over priced contract. We won't be able to recover and pay other good players until that contract is up. And Ross just let's him throw his money away and doesn't even realize... wtf man????
 
I tried to give him a chance but the Carroo trade was just dumb and started my losing faith in him. He was good with Mangini and I was hoping we'd get that. Sadly, I was wrong. You just cant trade away a 3d, 4th and 6th for a guy that is going to compete for a number 2 WR in 2 -3 years when you have the lack of talent on the defensive side of the ball. Sadly, as long as Ross owns the team Tannenbaum will run it.

That one was really easy to see right out of the gate.

Three draft picks for what? A WR with poor measurables who most teams had a 5th round or lower grade on.

On a team that really didn't need a 4th WR.

Miami needs a legit 1 or 2 already. Not another 4th or 5th WR with possession WR skills. A roster full of those kinds.

Sigh. It's an age old story in Miami: skill players that aren't really skill players. Over and over and over and over again. Except this time Miami gives up 3 and 4 picks per non-playmaker player, lol. It's really gonna hurt come draft time -- not to have those picks, and not to have a year long dominant player in return -- burned those picks for next year's draft for a glorified bench rider, non-playmaker possession WR.

How many teams do that kind of thing? Only Miami.

Which is why poor Gase has probably the poorest talent in the league on offense to work with, top to bottom. And D not much better.

I can't believe Minnesota's magnificent new downtown stadium cost only a bit more than twice as much as our latest patchwork.

Regarding Tannenbaum, he should be eating something in that booth. It doesn't look natural or genuine when he's not munching on something when the cameras are on. More time for fries when you don't pick in that round.

this team will go nowhere until we get a proper gm.

Gase has no chance under this front office.
 
It should have been clear to everyone after he ludicrously traded away draft picks for backups and let legit talent get away over comparative nickels that TBum is the absolute worst case scenario. In fact over the next few years it will likely get a lot worse. But let's face it the blame should rest first on that dopey ass owner. We're not winning jack until he's gone.
