"It’s a very sad day for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as the three-month-old son of Buccaneers kicker Matt Bryant died. Matthew Tryson Bryant, born on June 16, passed in his sleep.

“We’re shocked and very saddened by this,” coach Jon Gruden said. “It’s just a horrible tragedy, and I can’t explain it.”
It’s unknown whether Matt Bryant will play on Sunday against the Packers."

Just saw this on ProFootballTalk.com. What a horrific tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with the Bryant family.

He didn't play a lot but he was signed in 2004 and played in three games for us when Olindo Mare was hurt. He kicked a 62 yard field goal while as a Buccaneer.
