The sports pope Mike Francesa says Ross is big game hunting and wants a big name coach to take over. He says don’t be surprised if a coach on a current team demands a trade to Miami.

The other Phins fan at work, keeps wondering why we don't bring Mike McCarthy in :lol: THATS the big name he thinks we need.

I never even heard of that guy, and it goes against what Ross said. Ross may have an opinion, but I think Grier will be picking the HC. That doesn't mean he won't go after Harbaugh or someone else, but if Grier is in charge of football operations then I expect Ross will let him do his job.
 
Francesa is blowing hot air out his azz!!! Miami would have to give up multiple picks, which I don't see Grier doing. Especially with a potential house cleaning in the making. Draft picks and draft capital is where it is for Miami over the next few years. IMHO, the next 2, being the most important drafts in team history.
