I didn't see the game but I saw some highlights on NFL network. I get the feeling that Fred Evans is a pretty good player. They showed him stuffing the run against the 1st team offense. I see he got a sack as well. They talked about how Saban was very high no him. Did he really do that well?

I didn't get to watch the game, but judging by the reactions and comments it appears he did a great job stuffing the run. He even forced some pressure and got his first sack in the NFL! Overall I think our team did a great job stopping the run.

He probably impressed me more than anybody else tonight . . I'm glad to see we have a DT steppin up . . .especially a 7th rounder . . I have heard nuttin but good things about him and he showed his ability tonight, against some of the Jville first stringers. Would be lovely to see him and Rod Wright starting next year . . .2 seventh rounders . . wow.

Yeah right, this guy should've gone in the 1st if he continues to play like this and to think he just started playing for us tonight. He still needs to improve so theres no limits to how good he can become.

Fellow fan that man show's up to play.He started making a impact from the beginning when they let him come in.One offensive series in the 2nd quarter he took over completely.I say he is a keeper.

I saw the game and Fred Evans was raw as hell. He had a sack and some tackles and was all over the field. It was funny when he had his sack because he did the dance for "it's going down"!
