Free Agency?

I thought free agency is on Thursday? Then why am I reading on Espn that the Rams signed La'Roi Glover. ITs not that I wanted them but wtf is going on.

It has to do with when he was released(Wednesday). It means he is a FA now instead of having to wait.

Yup. That's why he is negotiating with the Giants.

My guess is that because he was released from the team and cleared the waiver wire. Players like Brees were Free Agents to begin with so they have to wait until the league year starts.

That is my guess why Glover signed, and Madison is working out a contract with the Giants.

Right, Drew and any other Free Agent aren't officially Free Agents until the league year begins, which will hopefully be sometime in the near future, (if that damn fat kid would stop kicking the freaking ball ). Glover, Madison and any other player that has been released or cut are free right away.

You know whats weird , nobody in the media had even said anything about being able to sign someone now.
This free agentcy thing I think has everyone confused.
