Dolphins | Frerotte getting treatment
Tue, 15 Nov 2005 18:01:48 -0800

Jason Cole, of the Miami Herald, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl">Miami Dolphins QB Gus Frerotte (finger) said he spent most of Tuesday, Nov. 15, getting treatment on his injured index finger, which he hit on another player's helmet during the team's Week 10 game. It's the same finger that bothered him during training camp and earlier in the season. However, he said most of that discomfort had subsided from the earlier injuries until this injury. As noted earlier, Frerotte expressed some doubt about whether he'd be able to play Sunday, Nov. 20, at Cleveland because of the injury.

Get ready Sage, oppurtunity is knocking.

I sure hope he will be able to play or else there goes our playoff hopes. Or not.

at 3-6 and a wildcard spot highly unlikely, i think playoffs went out the door with the loss on sunday, sorry to say!

I don't live down in Miami, but I definately know how you guys feel down there. I'm a die hard Dolphins fan, but I'm not going crazy over this season. I don't expect great results or playoffs. I see it as a developing year, although I am rooting for a division title. But our hopes defiantely went out the window Sunday. I see a lot of Eagles fans around here (New Jersey, South Jersey) and looking at them I know how you guys who expect playoffs feel, We just lost a huge divisional game, to a huge rival, at home. We lost to New England, Philadelphia lost to Dallas. It's devastating but you'll just have to realize this wasn't a year meant to be in the playoffs.

Sage, this is your chance. Either step up or enter Free Agency next year.

AJ Feeley played with a smashed up finger...tape it up Gus and quit
being a baby.
