Pro Bowl
I got this through a subscribed email, so i can't reference it with a link... but thought this was very funny... especially the "Will go to the playoffs if...." part... LoL
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Miami Dolphins
Significant additions: A.J. Feeley, QB; David Boston, WR; Damion McIntosh, T; John St. Clair, T; Jeno James, G; Reggie Howard, CB; Chris Atkins, S; Sammy Morris, RB; Terrence Wilkins, WR; John Jones, TE; Antuan Edwards, S; Antonio Freeman, WR; Marty Booker, WR.
Significant subtractions: Ricky Williams, RB; Adewale Ogunleye, DE; Jamar Fletcher, CB; Tim Ruddy, C; Brock Marion, S; Brian Griese, QB; Todd Perry, G; James McKnight, WR; Mark Dixon, T; Todd Wade, T; Davern Williams, DT; Obafemi Ayanbedejo, FB.
Biggest offseason move: That would be the one that took running back Ricky Williams out of town. Williams was responsible for 37.3 percent of their offense and 75.6 percent of their running game. Travis Minor cannot replace that.
Will go to the playoffs if ... they find a lamp with a genie and a Pro Bowl running back inside.
Won't go to the playoffs if ... they move the ball as they did -- or did not -- against Washington in the preseason.
Rookie to watch: Vernon Carey, OL, Miami. This club needs to open holes for Minor and protect Feeley and/or Jay Fiedler. Carey could be a factor, though he recently moved behind RG Taylor Whitley as the team juggles its lineup.
Overview: Poor Dave Wannstedt. He doesn't have a chance with a club that lost its top rusher, a big-time receiver and the AFC's sack leader. Miami should limp to the finish.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
i know a whole lotta you are going to complain about that, but hey, its funny. i would have added some of our new defensive rookies under "rookie to watch" instead of Carey, who has yet to impress, but everything else about sums it up.
