I hope NY is blanket with snow and a snow storm for weeks in February.

Here they cut us in South Florida out because some VIPs got sprinkled on and now they make plans for alternate Superbowl dates this season.
You rolled the dice and you live with that roll. The Superbowl should be on February 3.

Can you imagine all the 'normal' fans taking vacation days to support their team and then they move the Superbowl?

its already ridiculous...no tailgating, limited parking, most people gotta go to different locations yo park then get bussed over, u can't. get dropped off or walk to the stadium of your hotel is down the street. just ridiculous. who the hell wants to deal with that bs

The SB experience itself has become a joke. Its now catered to corporate fat cats instead of real fans of the teams involved. Besides the game itself the rest is only a cash cow for the NFL.

the no tailgating to me is just preposterous...your paying ridiculous amounts of money on the tickets and travel/hotels and u cant go to the game and enjoy yourself grilling and drinking. I wouldn't go even if I got free tickets.

this will be a hell of a super bowl. In real weather. Right down the road from me. Get OVER IT! i hope the phins go, and my family with giants season tickets wins the lotto to purchase tickets, bc they already said im going if the fins are in.

Tired of hearing people cry about this.

Media day will be at the Home of the NJ Devils - "The Rock" a world class Arena in Newark. Festivities all over NYC and NJ - people will see there is more to do here, than virtually anyplace else in the country.

of course i have love for Miami, Boca, FT. L, etc. but let us have our shine. We deserve it.

I hope it snows too lol. I get why some people aren't really digging it but come on a SB in the snow would be cool!

if the dolphins r in it, i want it to be clear skies, and like 40 degrees.

however if the fins do not make it, let it ****ing be a snowstorm that is remembered for years and years, not just due to it being the Superbowl, but because it was an epic snowstorm in general.

the best would be a massive blizzard hits, say like friday night, similar to something like the blizzard of 96 which new yorkers deff remember, and it stretches out 2-3 days, and then we have freezing weather after so the snow does not melt.

we can only pray.

truth is, i dont mind a superbowl in ny, i dont care about weather, and imo, if a conference championship game can be played in inclement weather, the game that determines the teams for the Superbowl, why cant the actual game?

football is played in all types of weather throughout the year, hot, cold, snow, rain, ice, so y not now?

i think every city honestly with an nfl team should be able to host a superbowl.

it should not be restricted to just miami, san diego, arizona, etc.
