Fuel for the fire

Media is desperate for a story.....found a little something and is taking it further than they should. There is no real story here at all.
 
If the Steelers need to get fired up by this nonsense for the Bowl they might as well not show up. Stupid media-driven story that doesnt mean squat.
 
I agree, they should be fired up for this game when the clock ran out against Denver. Just saying that Stevens disrespected Bettis and the Steelers. Stevens acts like they should just hand them the trophy like it's a done deal. Can't wait for his reality check when Porter levels him.

I agree, it was blown way outta porportion. Taken way outta context. Porter is such a punk, I hope Stevens burns him for a TD or two.

Did you even see the interview? It didn't come across that way at all. What Stevens supposed to say? It would be nice for Bettis to win? Get real, he has faith in his team.

I saw nothing just read it. Stevens promised a win. Hopefully it blows up in his face and hopefully Porter puts him on his *** and out of the game. Maybe Porter is a punk but he is a well respected punk and I for one would love to have him standing next to Zach on game day.

Exactly, yeah its great for Bettis and I hope he gets to win, Holmgren would slap his arse on the bench so fast if he said that. He said what any true competitor would say, especially when ALL the attention has been on Bettis and the Steelers and Seattle is just as good if not better.

Who respects Porter?? He is not even the best player on his side of the team, all he, Porter, is is a big Mouth.
