I guess just to get us talking and having fun with eachother, I thought I would ask everyone what is the one position you wouldn't poach a player from off another team. Just curious what we all think of the rest of the NFL and who is good at dumping at the right time. Somehow the Steelers always seem to dump at the right time in my eyes. Friggin Timmons, damn. Wallace too.
Maybe in a part 2, which team has got the best of us? Eagles gave us a crappy qb a few years ago, Patriots are like the sharks circling... anyone have any thoughts on this random post?
 
I don't think theres any position I wouldn't poach from some other team. Probably could've said Suh in years prior. We have the potential to have a killer secondary, safeties especially. But they need to prove it first.

Some teams are good at dumping players, but we are not one of them.

Ravens seem to always get the better of us. Really dislike them
 
Not sure if I understand you correctly, but a position I wouldn’t poach is safety. I think we are set there. Reshad at SS and Minkah at FS is a beautiful combination.

A team that always gets the best of us? In terms of winning? Whenever I see that we play the Ravens I usually chalk that up as a loss. They seem to have our ticket.

And we get the best of west coast teams of late. And if we are at home, we own Brady. He’s eaten a lot of Miami turf.
 
I honestly had no direction with this post, just a few beers, but I like where it's headed so here's mine. I wouldn't poach a qb from Andy Reid aka Smith...
I have to agree that the ravens have our number and it's getting old...
We do own Brady at home, and I 100% agree with you that we do well against the west coast. Too bad Marino couldn't say the same.
 
I wouldn't poach any LB's from the Steelers or Ravens. They seem to have guys that fit will for them not so much on other teams.

I would never trade with the Pats, and they get the best of us in their home.

We seem to always have the Chargers number.

We are 4-12 vs the Patriots since 2010..... I dont see how splitting with someone at home while getting demolished on the road is owning them but to each his own
 
Go back 10 years and its 4-6 at home , 2-8 on the road...So last 10 years Brady is 6-4@ Miami.....on what planet is that owning him...makes us sound desperate in a way

But fair enough point, what team would you say we “own” ? Hard to think of any really
 
I wouldn’t trade our RBs. I think Drake will have Pro Bowl numbers but will get beaten out by bigger names. I also like the additions of Gore and Ballage.

Don’t take players from the Patriots. I know...I know, Amendola. The Patriots use players a lot differently than the rest of the league, and it masks players’ weakness. They go to other teams and just aren’t as effective.

Teams that have our number: Ravens and Texans (especially the ghost that is Owen Daniels)

I agree with the others about Baltimore and Houston for sure... Baltimore has been owning us since that playoff game with Pennington, and Houston would be undefeated vs us without the 1 Dan Campbell win I believe.....

I feel like we've done well against the Chargers and Titans in the last 6-8 years or so but could be wrong on that
